Forum: etree Subject: MD5 check failed, re-uploaded, now what?

I uploaded a show last night

http://www.archive.org/details/um2007-04-17.oktava.shnf

that had one file fail the MD5 check. I got the e-mail, and followed the instructions to re-upload the file; the e-mail said that "When you are finished, please reply to this email
(iasupport@archive.org) and let us know." I replied to the e-mail about 7:15am today, but when I check in the contribution centre, there are two entries for the upload, one coloured red ("Waiting for admin") which was also there before I did the re-upload, and one coloured grey, with "checkedout" in the "cmd" column. Do I need to do anything else to trigger the rest of the processing?

Thanks,
Brad

Looks like you have the fileset checked out - replace "details" with "checkin" in that URL and it'll check back in. Once that's done, post back here and we'll re-run the derivation process and it should be good to go!

I took the URL, replaced "details" with "checkin" and opened it with my browser. For a brief period, there were two entries in my contribution centre, one red (as before), one purple, but the purple one isn't there anymore. Does this sound correct?

Thanks!

Aloha,
Brad

Yes,

Rerunning it now. if it fails again you'll get another email. If not, you're all set.

Thanks again. I see it's now deriving, so my fingers are crossed, hopefully.

Brad

It passed, you're good. Give it about an hour to finish up.
